    is a rural based CRM and BPO Centre in Mogalakwena Municipality (Limpopo), it is now a 20 seats functioning call centre  which will expand to about 200 seats by the end of 2010. With the growing requirements for outsourcing work with various rural, local government and international businesses we expect to grow to about 600 seat by the end of 2012. This will make us the largest rural community based outsourcing company in Africa.

 Company's  History :

The I Community Project for Call Centres started in 2004 as a project incubator to enable rural communities in Limpopo, South Africa to undertake business in the worlds ICT market place. The project was co-funded by HP with the aim of providing skilled rural technocrats to meet the global challenges of the Information Technology market. The project achieved its goals as an IT enabler but unfortunately commercialisation of the project was not possible due to various reasons.
Under the Mentorship program of I Community, E Smart Networks is a joint venture with the Mogalakwena Contact Centre and Epic Technologies India. The company is still evolving and will continue to be funded as required to enable growth and sustainability in South Africa.
